Over the course of the last four months, the dedicated efforts of Bilha Ndirangu, Sellah Bogonko, and Patrick McSharry (Professor, Carnegie Mellon University Rwanda) and the Room 8 members have been instrumental in leading the creation of a groundbreaking Green Workforce Readiness Index.
