Starts: Nairobi Ends: Coast (Mombasa, Malindi, Watamu)
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara
Depart from your Nairobi hotel or JKIA airport at 5.30 a.m for the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will make a stop-over at the view-point of the great Rift Valley for refueling.
Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive in the reserve, which is famous for its high animal concentration, abundance and variety.
Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 2: Masai Mara Full Day
A full day spent game viewing a cross the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills.
The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya.
In the evening, drive back to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Pre breakfast game drive, then return to camp/lodge for late breakfast.
After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Lake Nakuru, lunch enroute, with chances to view Mt.Longonot and Lake Naivasha while on the main highway.
Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli Park
After breakfast, proceed for an extensive morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park.
Lake Nakuru is known for it’s millions of flamingoes and other water birds.
Leave Lake Nakuru National Park to proceed and Amboseli National Park with lunch enroute for dinner and overnight at a camp/lodge in Amboseli.
Day 5: Ambobseli Park – Taita
Go for an early morning game drive, then return to your lodge for breakfast.
After breakfast depart for Taita Hills. Lunch on route at Man eaters Camp and later drive to Taita Hills for check in at Sarova Saltlick Lodge.
Afternoon game drive in the sanctuary to view the extremely scenic hill rise from the plains, more than 50 species of large mammals and 300 species of birds. Among them include Cape buffalo, Elephant, Masai lion, Leopard, Hartebeest, Impala, Waterbuck, Thomson’s gazelle, dik dik, lesser kudu and a great diversity of wildlife.
Dinner and overnight at Sarova Saltlick Lodge.
Day 6 : Taita Game Sanctuary to Tsavo East
Check out after early morning breakfast and drive Tsavo East National Park.
Famous for its large number of elephants. Game drive in the park in search Tsavo’s Large herds of elephants, the Big 5, Hartebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, and more.
Lunch at Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
Afternoon game drive in search of the Big 5 and more.
Dinner and overnight at Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
Day 7 : Tsavo East – Coast
Early morning breakfast, then drive out of Tsavo East and head to Mombasa/Watamu/Malindi, with game viewing en-route.
You are expected to arrive around lunch time, as we drop you to your hotel or airport.
